Drop-off is available at one confirmed hotel, ryokan, villa, ski resort, Karuizawa Station, or other accessible address within the standard Karuizawa service area. Please provide the exact destination after booking. Locations outside the standard Karuizawa service area may require an additional fee and advance confirmation.
Pickup is available from hotels and accessible addresses within the standard Tokyo city service area. After booking, please provide the lead traveler’s name, exact pickup address, requested pickup time, Karuizawa destination, passenger count, luggage quantity and size, ski or snowboard equipment, and a reachable phone or WhatsApp number.
Complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes from the confirmed pickup time. Additional waiting is JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles up to 14 seats. Service between 22:00 and 07:00 requires an additional JPY 2,000 night-service fee.
If stopping or parking is restricted at your hotel or address, the driver may arrange pickup at the nearest legal stopping point.
Airport pickup is not included in the standard price. If you require pickup from Haneda Airport, Narita Airport, or another airport, please contact us in advance for availability and a separate quotation.
