Pickup is available from hotels, accommodations, Kyoto Station, or agreed locations within the confirmed Kyoto City service area. After booking, please provide your exact pickup address, hotel or accommodation name, entrance details, passenger number, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp.
Please wait in the hotel lobby, at the main entrance, or at the confirmed meeting point at the scheduled pickup time. For station pickup, please provide the station name, arrival time, and preferred exit in advance.
Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. The 10-hour service is calculated from pickup until final drop-off and includes driving, sightseeing, waiting, meal time, and activities. Overtime is JPY 5,000 per hour.
This is a scheduled small-group itinerary and cannot be fully customized. Route order and stop times may change due to traffic, parking, attraction opening hours, weather, or local restrictions.
Service between 22:00 and 07:00 incurs an additional JPY 2,000 fee. Pickup or drop-off outside Kyoto City requires advance confirmation and may incur an additional fee. If parking or stopping is restricted, the meeting point may be adjusted to a nearby accessible location.
