Dear Guests,

As part of your upcoming Tropical Sailing Experience, we want to ensure that your pickup arrangements are smooth and convenient.

Pickup Times
For your convenience, pickup times are standardized for all hotels:
* Morning Sailing: between 8:15 AM – 8:30 AM
* Afternoon Sailing: between 2:15 PM – 2:30 PM

Important: Please be outside and ready within the time frame. If you are not present when transportation arrives, the vehicle will depart, and you will need to make your own way to our office by taxi to join the tour.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to make your journey with us enjoyable and hassle-free.
