Duration: The tour has a maximum duration of 10 hours. This timeframe includes pickup, drop-off, lunch, and all transfers between sites.

Pickup Locations: We pick up guests from hotels and apartments (including Airbnbs) within Central Tokyo. If your location is not on our standard list, please include it in the "Special Requirements" section when booking.

Airports & Ports: For pickups at airports or seaports, please consult with us in advance as additional fees or scheduling changes may apply..

Please keep in mind that weather, visibility, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for poor weather, changes in Mt. Fuji's visibility, or traffic delays on the day of the tour. However, if you would like to reschedule, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
