**Communication: All communications will be handled via WhatsApp. Please ensure you have the app downloaded and active. Your guide will contact you the night before your tour to confirm the final pickup details. *Please add your email address in the "Special Requirements" section.

Duration: The tour has a maximum duration of 10 hours. This timeframe includes pickup, drop-off, lunch time, and all transfers between sites.

Pickup Locations: We pick up guests from Yokohama Port. If your location is not the port, we can pick up from hotels or Airbnb's in the proximity, please consult as additional fees may apply.

Please keep in mind that weather, visibility, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for poor weather, changes in Mt. Fuji's visibility, or traffic delays on the day of the tour. However, if you would like to reschedule, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you based on our availability.
