We drop off within a 10 km radius of Malpensa Airport — including hotels, private addresses, train stations and apartments. To ensure a smooth arrival, please provide your exact drop-off address at the time of booking or via the messaging system after your reservation is confirmed.

Pickup details

Your driver will meet you at the agreed pickup location or directly in the Arrivals Hall at Zurich Airport if you are arriving by flight. The driver will be holding a sign with your name for easy identification.

Please make sure to provide your flight number (if applicable) and a valid mobile/WhatsApp number in advance.
