Your full-day adventure begins with an early 6:30 AM pickup from your hotel to head toward Bartolome, a stunning volcanic islet off Santiago Island. Featuring the iconic Pinnacle Rock, this island holds the most representative and photographed landmark in the Galapagos.
The first part of the day features a moderate hike up a volcanic cone. Thanks to a well-maintained wooden staircase and handrails, the climb is safe and accessible. From the summit, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking, panoramic view of the surrounding islands and dramatic volcanic landscapes. Along the trail, look out for land wildlife like lava herons, Galapagos hawks, and unique lava cacti.
After the hike, you will head to the coast for swimming and snorkeling. Dive into pristine waters to explore vibrant marine life, where you can spot Galapagos penguins, sea lions, sea turtles, reef sharks, and colorful fish before heading back.
