Travelers can coordinate directly with their guide-driver the most convenient and accessible pick-up point for them. For reasons of safety and comfort for both parties, we recommend that pick-ups be made in hotel lobbies or at major receptions for accommodations such as Airbnbs.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the contact details of the assigned guide (email and cell/WhatsApp number) will be sent to the traveler to facilitate communication. In this way, it will be possible to easily identify you on the day of the tour and ensure a safe, punctual and smooth experience.
In addition, in the event of any changes or unforeseen events, the traveler will be able to communicate directly with the guide to adjust logistical details, thus ensuring a personalized and reliable service from the outset.
