Your guide will lead you first to the Great Temple of Ramses II, where four colossal seated statues of the pharaoh guard the entrance, each over 20 meters high. Inside, explore beautifully carved halls that depict scenes of Ramses’ victories and his divine worship of the gods Ra-Horakhty, Amun, and Ptah.
Continue to the Temple of Queen Nefertari, a breathtaking monument built in honor of Ramses’ beloved wife and the goddess Hathor. Admire the six massive statues on its façade and the finely detailed reliefs illustrating royal life and divine harmony.
