Your driver will meet you in the main hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Please look for a representative holding a sign with your name clearly written on it. If you do not see your driver immediately, don’t worry—just stay in the lobby area, and they will locate you shortly.

Cruise Terminal Pickup:
If you're arriving by cruise ship, your driver will be waiting for you just outside the cruise terminal, holding a sign with your name on it.
