Your airport pickup is more than just a ride — it’s a seamless and reassuring service experience.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will promptly contact you with a detailed step-by-step guide (with text and visuals) to ensure you're fully informed about the pickup process.
Before your departure, we’ll send you all essential details: your driver’s name, contact number, license plate, and an actual photo of the vehicle. We are one of the few service providers offering real car photos in advance — a guarantee that the car you see is exactly what you’ll get.
Before your arrival, we closely monitor your flight in real time. Your driver will be at the airport with a name sign according to your actual landing time, whether your flight is early or delayed — no need to worry.
After landing, We understand how you feel — after a long flight, the last thing you want is to feel lost or unsettled in an unfamiliar airport.
That’s why, the moment your flight lands, you’ll receive a warm welcome message from us along with a photo of your driver holding a name sign in the arrival hall. You’ll recognize your driver right away — no need to wander through the terminal with your luggage, unsure where to go.
From the moment you arrive, peace of mind is already with you.
From deplaning to clearing customs and retrieving your baggage, our team will be online to guide and assist you in your language. If you need to exchange currency or buy a SIM card, let us know in advance — your driver can assist at the airport before heading to the car.
You’ll then be escorted to the parking area and driven to your destination via the most efficient route.
And remember:
our service doesn’t end when the transfer is over. Throughout your stay in Guangzhou— and even if you travel to the other cities in China - we remain available anytime for any questions or assistance.
