We send your driver's name, phone number, license plate, and a real photo of the vehicle.
(We are one of the few offering real car photos — guaranteeing no surprises!)
3. Flight Monitoring
We track your flight in real time. Whether you land early or late, your driver adjusts accordingly.
4. Warm Welcome upon Landing
The moment you land, you’ll receive a welcome message and a photo of your driver holding a name sign in the arrival hall. No wandering, no confusion.
5. Full Support
From deplaning to customs and baggage claim, our team is online to assist you in your language. Need currency exchange or a SIM card? Let us know in advance.

To ensure comfort and enough space for luggage, please select based on your group size:

a. ) a 28” luggage size： (L)76cm ×(W) 51cm × (H) 31cm (with combined dimensions not exceeding 158cm).
b.) a folded stroller is considered a piece of checked luggage.
c.) a folded Wheelchair is considered two piece of checked luggage.
1–2 passengers → Sedan (fits up to 2)
3–5 passengers → 7-seater Minivan (fits up to 5)
6–9 passengers → 14-seater Van (fits up to 9)
10–12 passengers → 19-seater Van (fits up to 12)
13–15 passengers → 33-seater Bus (fits up to 15)
Extra Luggage Tip:
If you have more bags than listed, please add one extra passenger when booking.
Example: 2 passengers + 3 bags → Select "3 people".
This ensures we assign a larger, more spacious vehicle.

Drive distance Coverage:
the hotel should be located within the third ring road in the Beijing City. there would be a little extra charge for out of range.
Transparency:
We confirm all details and extra charges in advance. No hidden fees.
⏰ Waiting Time Policy
Free Waiting: 2 hours after the airplane actual landing time.
Overtime Fee: USD 5 / CNY 35 per half hour thereafter.
No-Show Policy:
If we cannot reach you within 2 hours of landing, the driver will leave. This is considered a No-Show, and the service will be marked as completed with no refund.
