Travel time from most Hong Kong hotels to Hong Kong International Airport is usually 40–60 minutes. We are happy to pick you up from anywhere in Hong Kong — whether you’re in Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, the New Territories, Lantau Island, or Disneyland.

International flight → 3 hours before departure

Flight changed?
No worries! Just let us know — we’ll adjust your pickup accordingly.
Before your departure, you’ll receive your driver’s name, contact number, license plate, and an actual photo of the vehicle. We are among the few providers who offer real vehicle photos in advance — ensuring the car you see is exactly the one that picks you up.
When your driver is on the way to your hotel, we’ll notify you immediately. The driver will arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
Free Waiting 30 Minutes:
The driver will wait patiently. After 30 minutes, an overtime fee of USD30 per hour applies.
Customer no-show:
If it’s been over 30 minutes past your scheduled pickup time and we’re still unable to reach you,
the driver will have to leave to continue with the next service.
In this case, the booking will be considered a No-show, and the service will be marked as completed —
no refund will be provided.
We kindly suggest keeping your phone reachable.
