Before your departure, we’ll send you all essential details: your driver’s name, contact number, license plate, and an actual photo of the vehicle. We are one of the few service providers offering real car photos in advance — a guarantee that the car you see is exactly what you’ll get.
Before your arrival, we closely monitor your train in real time. Your driver will be at the Kowloon West Train station with a name sign according to your actual arrival time, whether your train is early or delayed — no need to worry.
Upon the train arrival, you’ll receive a warm welcome message from us along with a photo of your driver holding a name sign in the arrival hall. You’ll recognize your driver right away — no need to wander through the terminal with your luggage, unsure where to go.
