After a short introduction, lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and simply listen. There is no technique to learn and nothing you need to achieve.
During the 60-minute Sound Bath, rare Japanese sound instruments create layers of resonance around you. As the session progresses, some instruments are gently placed on or near the body, allowing you to experience not only the sound but also their subtle physical vibrations.
Rather than trying to meditate or stop your thoughts, let the sound guide your attention naturally. As the body relaxes, the mind often begins to settle, creating space for stillness and a deeper meditative experience.
After the session, you can see and experience the Japanese instruments up close.
The Sound Bath lasts 60 minutes. Please allow approximately 80–90 minutes in total, including the introduction and time afterward.
