An authentic experience where you can discover and you shall experience the traditional Mauritian cuisine. The Chef of the domain awaits you for a presentation and for the explanation of the steps of preparation. Fines herbs freshly picked from the nursery, the traditional spices, colourful and tasty ingredients will be at your disposal to prepare your lunch.
Be your own chef - concoct your dish and set your table for a moment of pure bliss in Les Ecuries du Domaine des Aubineaux, surrounded by Le Parc Floral du Domaine des Aubineaux.
After lunch, the experience continues with the visit of The colonial house which dates back to 1872 and features most of the original furnishing and paintings of the time. A rum tasting is also included.
