Overview

Source products, materials and equipment from China for property, hospitality and commercial projects through one coordinated buyer-side sourcing process.

GZY Elite supports homeowners, developers, designers, contractors and procurement teams sourcing furniture, cabinetry, building materials, lighting, sanitary ware, appliances, commercial equipment, solar systems, smart-home products and other project requirements.

We review your drawings, item lists, specifications, budget and timeline, then build a customized sourcing plan across relevant manufacturing clusters in China.

Support can include supplier research, factory and showroom visits, product comparison, customization, quotation review, negotiation, sample coordination and project documentation.

Production follow-up, independent QC, consolidation and shipping coordination can also be arranged.

We work for the buyer, not the supplier, and do not rely on factory commissions.

What to expect

This is a customized sourcing program for clients who need multiple product categories for a property, hospitality or commercial project.

Before the visit, GZY Elite reviews your drawings, item list, specifications, budget and timeline, then builds a sourcing plan around suitable suppliers and manufacturing clusters in China.

During the mission, support can include factory and showroom visits, product comparison, customization, quotation and MOQ clarification, negotiation, sample coordination and itinerary adjustments.

Typical categories include furniture, cabinetry, materials, lighting, sanitary ware, appliances, soft furnishings, smart-home products, solar systems, commercial equipment and more.

Private transportation is included during the booked sourcing service. For larger projects, supplier and quotation details can be organized into a sourcing matrix.

Optional support includes supplier follow-up, production coordination, independent QC, consolidation and shipping. Specialist engineers, testing, freight and other third-party resources can also be coordinated when required, with additional costs confirmed in advance.

GZY Elite works for the buyer, not the supplier.
