In the middle of the vast river, you’ll have the unique opportunity to enjoy breakfast right at the floating market — savoring a bowl of noodles, crab vermicelli soup, or hot porridge, paired with a cup of strong local coffee. After exploring the market, the boat continues to the traditional noodle workshop, where you’ll discover the process of making local noodles by hand. This place is also famous for its unique noodle pizza — made by seasoning and frying noodles until golden and crispy, then topping them with ham and other ingredients of your choice.
