This one-of-a-kind experience, crafted by expert sommeliers, award-winning winemakers, and world-renowned chefs, immerses you in the very best of wine tasting, food pairing, and winemaking.

Your journey begins with an Expert Sommelier as you savor up to five wines while exploring the vineyards and production areas, learning the philosophy of winemaking and the art of viticulture.

Next, step into the role of Winemaker for a Day with our Premium Wine Blending Experience. Working with select wines from Italian oak casks or small French oak barrels, you’ll craft your own glass of a custom red wine blend.

You’ll then have the option to purchase a bottle of your blend, creating a memorable keepsake of your experience.

We conclude the tour with a curated three-part food and wine pairing, featuring delectable creations, each matched with a sommelier-selected wine—designed to educate, entice, and delight your senses. In total, you’ll sample up to ten different wine varietals.

The tour begins with you joining an expert Sommelier as you savor wines during your stroll through our vineyards and production areas, learning how wine is crafted, our philosophy of winemaking, and the art of viticulture.

You’ll then step into the role of winemaker for the day with our bespoke Premium Wine Blending Experience.

Working with two to three different wines from our Italian Oak Casks or the finest in small, French Oak Barrels, you’ll create your own perfect blend — whether it’s a glass to enjoy during the tour or a bottle (or more) to take home.

This hands-on opportunity gives you the chance to craft a wine that’s uniquely yours and understand how winemakers blend wines to create depth of character and harmony of flavor.

Having the option to create your own special one of a kind blend, along with a custom label, gives you the perfect memento to take with you to remember your day as a winemaker.
