Join this exclusive, eco-conscious sightseeing expedition to explore the protected Vila Franca do Campo Islet, both inside and out.
Your adventure begins with a mandatory safety and environmental briefing at the marina base. From there, you will cross the channel by boat to land directly on the islet's outer natural pier. Inside the iconic volcanic crater, you will enjoy an interpretive walking tour led by official Nature Park Guides, discovering its unique geology and protected species.
After the land exploration, you will re-embark for a complete boat circumnavigation around the islet's exterior cliffs and the dramatic "Farilhão" rock formations.
PLEASE NOTE: This is strictly a walking and sightseeing tour. Swimming or entering the water anywhere during this activity is strictly prohibited by law due to habitat protection rules. Fully closed footwear with good grip is mandatory.
