Kassel's Private City Walk through 1100 years

1. Kassel
   1h 30m
"Kassel is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany!" That's what a travel guide said at the beginning of the last century. This city tour gives you an initial overview of Kassel, because it brings you closer to today's Kassel with its post-war architecture, as well as its 1100-year history and historic buildings. On this walk you will experience the breadth of the city!
2. Documenta and Museum Fridericianum
   3m
The Fridericianum is the main exhibition venue of the documenta and is used for exhibitions when the documenta is free.
3. Martinskirche
   10m
Martinskirche - the cathedral of Kassel as it is also called. Beautiful Protestant church with an epitaph worth seeing and a modern organ
4. 2m
The Renthof and the Brüderkirche form an ensemble worth seeing in the former old town
5. Orangerie
   10m
The Orangery and Karlsaue are definitely worth a visit and are a wonderful starting point for long walks
