We offer an activity in which participants experience how to make sushi in English and eat the sushi that you made.
After self-introductions, participants practice how to make sushi with a sushi sample.
You will make 5 nigiri, 1 gunkan( boat shape) and using a makisu (bamboo mat), participants will make two types of skinny roll and divide them into six equal portions.
The finished product is beautifully arranged according to the individual’s sensibilities.
The ingredients used for the sushi are freshly prepared every morning by veteran sushi chefs from the Kyoto Central Wholesale Market, and the quality is of the highest level.
A vegan (gluten-free) sushi option is also available with advance notice.
Please contact us with the exact number of guests at least 48 hours before the class if you would like a vegan option.
