Our friendly staff will greet you and help you check in. You'll feel warmly welcomed from the moment you step in.

Selection of Kimono
Choose from a variety of kimonos, from traditional patterns to modern designs.

Dressing in Kimono
Our professional staff will assist you. Even if it's your first time, you can relax and leave everything to us.

Hair Styling
We will style your hair to complement your kimono, ensuring you look stunning.

Completion (We will take care of your luggage)
After dressing and hair styling, we will take care of your luggage so you can enjoy your sightseeing hands-free.

Return and Changing Out of Kimono
Please return by 5:00 PM to change out of your kimono. We will assist you to ensure a comfortable end to your day.

  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Wearing a kimono during pregnancy is strictly prohibited. We will not be held responsible for any health problems that may result from wearing while hiding your pregnancy.
  • Late return: JPY 1,100 per person/30 minutes. Strict return time. No contact during business hours means store closes as scheduled. Next day return incurs same fee.
  • Next day return: JPY 10,000 deposit, JPY 1,100 surcharge. Non-refundable if not returned next day.
  • Damaged kimono/accessories: Pay damage fee. On-site insurance advised (JPY 550). Inquire with staff.
  • Adult kimonos limited if hip size exceeds 130cm.
  • Children's kimonos for kids over 70cm, aged 12 and under.
  • Late reservations: Over 20 mins canceled, after 10 mins, priority shifts. No refunds after reservation time next day. Be punctual.

Cancellation policy

All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.
