For a more adventurous experience, guests can take on Up at The O2, an exhilarating guided climb across the roof of the dome. Once at the summit, climbers are rewarded with breathtaking 360-degree views over London, including the River Thames, Canary Wharf, and the Olympic Park.
Whether you're catching a show, shopping at the Icon Outlet, dining by the riverside, or scaling the dome itself, the O2 Arena offers a memorable day or night out that blends entertainment, adventure, and London’s modern skyline.
2. London Cable Car Experience
2h · Admission ticket not included
A ride on the IFS Cloud Cable Car (formerly known as the Emirates Air Line and often called the O2 cable car) offers travellers a unique and scenic way to experience London from above. Spanning the River Thames between Greenwich Peninsula (near the O2 Arena) and the Royal Docks, the cable car provides breathtaking aerialß views of the capital’s skyline. As you glide high above the river, you’ll see iconic landmarks such as Canary Wharf, the O2 Arena, the Thames Barrier, and, on clear days, even as far as St Paul’s Cathedral and the Shard.
The journey lasts about 10 minutes (longer during quieter periods), giving travellers plenty of time to take photos, admire the sights, and enjoy the peaceful experience away from the city’s hustle and bustle. The cable car is especially stunning at sunset or in the evening when London is lit up below.
Ideal for couples, families, or solo adventurers, the cable car offers a fun and affordable way to see the city from a fresh perspective.
