The entrance to Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris is free and open to all. The services offered are independent of access to the interior of the building.
Infants aged 0-3 years are free of charge but they should be added to your booking
You are required to be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the booking time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes AFTER your booking time without responding to the guide call or messages it will be considered as "No Show" and no refunds are allowed at this point. Please note that contacting the guide to wait for you after 15 minutes is only the guide's decision and contacting the company is not considered an excuse for the delay.
