During the class, participants learn to cook both the original and easy versions of the famous dish, Khao Soi.
The menu changes each day, giving participants the chance to cook a variety of popular Thai dishes such as:
Pad Thai
Papaya Salad
Stir-fried rice noodles with soy sauce
Stir-fried chicken with holy basil
At the end of the class, participants get to make traditional Thai desserts, including:
Banana in coconut milk
