The Giraffe Centre is a conservation and education center located in Nairobi, Kenya. It was established in 1979 by the African Fund for Endangered Wildlife (AFEW) with the main aim of protecting the endangered Rothschild's giraffe. The center is situated in the Langata suburb of Nairobi and occupies a 120-acre piece of land .They also have a tree nursery as well as a water re cycling project for re use in the facility .They also offer a nature walk trail nearby for birds watching and romantic adventures
