Standing at approximately 150 meters tall and 93 meters wide, it was designed by architect Fernando Donis and opened to the public on January 1, 2018. The structure features two towering vertical columns connected by a glass-bottomed sky bridge, creating a giant frame that perfectly showcases contrasting views of Old Dubai to the north and the modern skyline to the south.
