Overview

Our cooking classes include traditional Vietnamese cuisine, local market tours, boat rides on the central Hoi An River, massages, and endless activities. Vietnamese cuisine will be carefully taught by the chef, and you can recreate and cook it yourself after returning home.

What to expect

Heritage cooking class

Program:
8:30am or 1:30pm
Guests meet at cobb restaurant (Pick up by shuttle bus), have welcome drink

9:00am or 2:00pm
Take the boat to Hoi An market with chef, Walk around the market, have explained vegetables and fish…, and communicate with the locals

10:00am or 3:00pm
Back to by boat or shuttle bus, will have tradition massage for 20 minute.
Relax with foot, shoulder and head massage

10:30am or 3:30pm
Start cooking class
The chef will teach you how to cook Vietnamese food in the traditional way and after learning you will try to cook.
