Having explored the world of food and spirits for many years, I have developed an expertise in both creating innovative dishes and appreciating the complex flavors of whisky.

My unique experience also extends to my ability to share my knowledge in an accessible and engaging manner. I am passionate about education and strive to impart relevant information about the history, production and tasting of whiskey to participants. I create a welcoming and interactive environment, where questions are encouraged and everyone is invited to develop their own palate and explore new flavors.

Come to live a Frenchy experience, 1 minute away from the Musée d'Orsay, in the 7th district. During 1 hour, you'll enjoy French whisky and French food, eaten by the French president himself! Our team will discover French whisky to you, and how to match it with French gastronomy (pastries).
