Discover the authentic flavors of the Etna region during this relaxed tasting experience in Linguaglossa, a charming village on the northern slopes of Mount Etna.
Hosted by Chris & Barbara, this experience begins in their family hazelnut grove overlooking Etna, where guests will taste local hazelnuts and different hazelnut creams produced by a small family business.
While enjoying the peaceful countryside, you will also take part in a guided extra virgin olive oil tasting, learning how to recognize high-quality olive oil and tasting two varieties served with local bread.
The experience continues at a family-run Etna DOC winery, where you will enjoy a tasting of four Etna wines paired with traditional Sicilian dishes, while discovering the story behind the winery and the importance of Etna’s volcanic terroir.
This small group experience lasts approximately 4 hours and offers an authentic taste of life in the Etna region.
