4:00 AM - 4:45 AM - We will pick you up at your hotel in Mexico City and transfer you to the balloon port in Teotihuacan. The Angel of Independence will be the meeting point for travelers who do not provide an address or are located far from the pickup area.

- We offer pickup from the following areas: Historic Center of Mexico City (downtown), Zona Rosa, Condesa, Polanco, and La Roma. If your hotel or address is outside these areas, we will provide a nearby meeting point.

- The pickup time, as well as the driver's name and vehicle type, will be confirmed one day before your visit. Please be sure to enter your cell phone number (including the international code) so we can send you this information.

Pickup times are approximate, and depending on sunrise, it is possible to schedule a pickup before 4:00 AM.
