Day 1: Embark on Road Trip Adventure to Jibhi & Tirthan Valley from Chandigarh (270 KMs, 7 to 8 Hours). Check-in by evening.

   You will be picked up from Chandigarh Airport or any location point within 10 km of the airport. The chauffeur-driven car would pick you up (as per the agreed pickup location in Chandigarh) and drive you to Jibhi in Himachal Pradesh. You would enjoy the scenic road trip via Bilaspur, Sundarnagar, Mandi, Aut, Banjar, and Jibhi. The cab allotted would be a comfortable, air-conditioned sedan. The cab details shall be shared two days prior to the start date of the expedition.

   Our guide will take you on a Jibhi village walking tour, where you will visit Jibhi Local Market, 0 KM Point, and the revered Shesh Nag Temple. You will visit the River Trail that goes right from your accommodation. Back to the accommodation for dinner

   Jibhi is a beautiful small Himalayan village in the Banjar Valley of Himachal Pradesh. Jibhi is located at an elevation of 5,250 feet above sea level. It is 40 kilometers south-west of Aut (the nearest point from the Chandigarh-Manali Highway).

Day 2: Immersion in the Majestic Jalori Pass

   Prepare yourself for an exhilarating adventure as we embark on a journey to Jalori Pass. After a delightful breakfast, your expert driver and guide will drive you to Jalori Pass, where panoramic views await. Jalori Pass is at an altitude of 10,280 feet above sea level on NH 305 and is one of the least explored passes in Himachal. It is truly an undiscovered beauty in every way. You’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings, experiencing the place like a local, before embarking on a trek to Lake Serolsar.
   
   The trek to Lake Serolsar promises to be an unforgettable experience. You’ll traverse the picturesque trails and witness the breathtaking beauty of the lake. The serenity and tranquility of this hidden gem will leave you spellbound.
2. Serolsar Lake

   Guided Trek to Serolsar Lake from Jalori Pass, a scenic 5 km trek one way amidst nature and beautiful Himalayan peaks.
   
   You will be immersed in stories, local folklore, and mythological tales from your expert local guide to make your trek experience memorable. At Lake Serolsar, you would be mesmerized by the beautiful views of the lake and the revered temple right there.
   
   There is a circular path around the lake, which is recommended to visit for a 360-degree view of the lake and the temple at the lake. The lake is guarded by thick, tall pine and deodar trees on all sides.
   
   For guests not keen on the trek, you could just walk through the forest paths and experience nature closely, with Himalayan peaks all around. The forest section has a rich birdlife. You’ll hear the continuous chirping of birds throughout the trail. This is definitely a trek for you if you’re a birder.
3. Ghiyagi

   After the trek, we’ll take you to explore some unexplored villages, where you can indulge in the local folklore and immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of the region. After your trek to Lake Serolsar and while returning from Jalori Pass to Jibhi, you will be visiting the village of Ghiyagi to immerse yourself in the local culture and community. As the day comes to a close, you’ll return to your accommodation for a soulful dinner, reflecting on the day’s adventures and creating lasting memories.

Day 3: Embrace Well-Being and Traditions - Meditation Sessions

   In the afternoon, our journey takes you to the picturesque spot of Kulhi Katandi (also known as Mini Thailand in Jibhi). It is part of Rashala village, near Jibhi. Sit in the lap of nature amidst the natural water pool formed on the path of a river surrounded by the Himalayas. The water is crystal clear. So enthusiastic swimmers can even go swimming, or one can simply sit in the shallow region and enjoy the sunshine. You can plan your own picnic with a book in hand and immerse yourself in self-talk or in the company of family and friends.
   
   After visiting this place, you will have ample time in the evening to indulge in local café hopping, savor the flavors of the region, or immerse yourself in the serenity of a riverside trail. 2. Chehni Kothi

   After a wholesome breakfast, get ready to embark on a scenic drive to the enchanting Chehni village, where divine and adventure-filled experiences await you. Our first stop takes you to the revered Shringa Rishi Temple in Bagi village to immerse yourself in the tranquility and spirituality of the surroundings.
   
   Next, would be to venture Chehni Kothi, a marvel of ancient architecture that will leave you awe-inspired. Marvel at the grandeur of this towering structure and soak in the history that echoes through its walls. Chehni Kothi gives a glimpse of the life in a Mountain Village and a 40-45 Meters high Kath- Kuni Style of Pahadi architecture.
   
   There will be a 1.5 KM walk/ trek involved to reach Chehni Kothi village top after visiting Shringa Rishi temple. This would take about 30 to 45 minutes to walk up. For travelers not keen to trek could return from the Shringa Rishi Temple & continue to the next drive stop of Tirthan Valley.
3. Tirthan Valley

   The next stop from Shringa Rishi Temple in Bagi village would be the drive to Magnificent Tirthan Valley. The journey continues as we delve into the pristine beauty of the Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP), a treasure trove of biodiversity. With various treks and climbs available, you’ll have the opportunity to explore an orientation tour of this natural wonderland and witness its awe-inspiring landscapes. Your pass for the orientation tour of GHNP is included in your expedition and the local guide will walk you through the GHNP museum and beautiful spots.
   
   For those seeking an adrenaline rush, a visit to a beautiful waterfall near Tirthan awaits. Embark on a trek to witness its cascading beauty and rejuvenate your senses amidst nature’s embrace. If you prefer a more leisurely pace, a visit to the vibrant Banjar village for local shopping awaits. Indulge in the rich culture and handicrafts of the region, creating lasting memories of your time in Tirthan Valley.

   Spend time immersing in the local culture and shop for handicrafts & local specialities at the Banjar Town. Banjar is the primary town & most connected in the entire Jibhi Tirthan Valley. Visit the local shops and learn more about the winter clothes and buy gifts/ souvenirs.

   Your pass for the orientation tour of GHNP is included in your expedition, and the local guide will walk you through the GHNP museum and some beautiful spots.
   
   You would be learning more about the Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP):
   
   • GHNP is home to over 375 species of fauna, including several endangered species such as the snow leopard, Himalayan black bear, and musk deer.
   • The park is also rich in flora, with over 31 species of rhododendron, 17 species of conifers, and numerous medicinal plants.
   • The park offers a range of activities for visitors, including trekking, camping, birdwatching, wildlife spotting, and photography.
   • The park is also a popular destination for research and education, with several institutions conducting research on the biodiversity and ecology of the region.
