Before we start there will be a safety briefing and overview of the hike so everyone is prepared for what is to come.
The first section feels steep as we ease into a comfortable hiking pace. Once we reach the contour path we'll have our first water break, from here the view only gets better.
You might find some sections which can feel high and exposed. We are qualified and trained to assist and coach you over the obstacle.
As we hike we will have more chance to talk about Cape Town and South Africa, it's beautiful people with all the bright cultures.
From the top well have 360 degree views of the full Cape Town and its surroundings and end the hike off on the very top of the mountain at the Upper Cable Station.
