What to expect

We will show you the activity of the truffle hunter in the company of a very special dog named Turbo!!
The environments and life of the truffle, the work of the dog and the role of the truffle hunter will be described. After the lesson we will begin the truffle hunt, we will accompany you to the natural truffle grounds and upon return a tasting will follow. A full dinner is possible on request.
Truffle cuisine will be described and how a dish is composed. A true reality show to experience together both in the truffle field and in the kitchen.
Truly special experience, lived in unique environments within a culture rooted in the territory. The trees, the dog, the experience of man and the cuisine are the secret ingredients of this naturalistic-culinary tour.
