Discover the flavors of Turkish Cuisine in a home cooking class in İzmir. You’ll be warmly welcomed into a home where you’ll be experiencing Turkish home hospitality. We will have some tea or coffee, and start getting to know each other's cultures. Guided by locals, you’ll explore recipes rooted in the region’s culinary traditions — from olive-oil–based mezes to hearty stews and stuffed vegetables. Along the way, you’ll hear stories about food culture, everyday rituals, and the role of cooking in Turkish life. Once the dishes are ready, we will sit together to enjoy the meal.
The host shares: “For us, cooking is never just about the food. It’s about laughter, stories, and connection around the table.” This experience offers an authentic glimpse into the countriy's culinary and cultural authenticity, far from tourist restaurants.
