• Tour duration is 9 days, starting and finishing after midday at clients location in Hurghada or Hurghada international airport
• We will pick you up from your location in Hurghada or Hurghada international airport , The driver or the tour guide will be waiting for you , holding a sign with (Lead traveler name)
• A copy of clients passports the page which has clients photo to confirm clients bookings in Egypt. A copy of flight tickets to Egypt and back home in case of clients pickup and end of service location is the airport , please indicate them before the tour starting
• Clients will be informed with the name of hotels and cruise ship at least a week before the arrival date
• Type of beds in hotels and cruise ships , (Single) 2 beds or large bed, (Double) 2 beds or large bed, (Triple) 2 beds plus extra bed or large bed plus extra bed, please indicate type of beds you want when booking, if you are a family of 3 or any odd number of people all are adults please contact the supplier for extra supplement in the cruise to have extra single room because rooms in all cruises are good enough for 2 adults plus a child or a youth maximum .
• The baggage allowance for the aircraft hold is 23 kg per passenger; each passenger is also permitted one backpack weighing 7 kg.
• Please contact our supplier regarding any additional visits, upgrades to a higher class of transportation, or the advance payment of museums and temples entrance fees.
