What to expect

During this experience, guests will enjoy a truffle hunt in the woods with an expert truffle hunter and his trained dog, followed by a guided tasting of Poggio ai Laghi wines, vinegars and extra virgin olive oils.

The experience continues with a light Tuscan lunch featuring truffle specialties, including pecorino flan with fresh truffle shavings, tagliolino with truffle and cantuccini with Vin Santo.
