Overview
8 hours to explore Downeast Maine. This tour will pick up at your accommodation and spend the day venturing down Rt 1, stopping in Milbridge, your destination Jonesport and Beals Island where you can see what makes this rural part of Maine unique and take in the beauty, so few get to see. The tour will include a picnic lunch with local seasonal foods highlighted. Plenty of stops along the way to see the many landscapes of Downeast Maine and visit places so few tourists get to experience in this beautiful part of Maine.
Will pickup at any hotel, campground, or Airbnb within Bar Harbor, MDI, or Trenton. Blue van will stop at main entrance for pickup.

Mt Desert Narrows Overlook, great views of MDI and Cadillac Mtn. The Dunbar Store is next to the lookout. Stop in for any Maine souvenirs or snacks. We will also stop at Tracey’s Seafood in Sullivan to enjoy a variety of local fried seafood!
