In the afternoon, continue your exploration through the park’s varied habitats, where you may encounter large herds of wildebeest and zebras — and with a bit of luck, spot a leopard or cheetah. As the sun begins to set, enjoy a tranquil drive through the golden grasslands en route to Central Serengeti Luxury Camp, where you’ll spend the night under the stars in the heart of the African wilderness.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

Midday, stop to enjoy a flavorful lunch surrounded by the natural beauty of the savannah. Your adventure continues in the afternoon as you track migrating herds and search for elusive predators hidden in the landscape. As evening approaches, journey toward Ang'ata Ngorongoro Camp, located near the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive in time to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere after a rewarding day in the wild.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

   Start your day with breakfast at Ang'ata Ngorongoro Camp, then head out for an unforgettable safari into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend to the crater floor, where you'll encounter an impressive array of wildlife, including lions, hyenas, buffaloes, and the elusive black rhino. The rich grasslands, scattered acacia trees, and shimmering salt lakes provide a stunning setting for your game drive. Midday, take a break to enjoy a picnic lunch at a picturesque spot within the crater. After lunch, continue your wildlife exploration, keeping watch for rare species and soaking in the remarkable biodiversity of this unique habitat. As the afternoon comes to an end, journey back to Arusha, reflecting on the incredible sights and experiences of your safari. The exact pickup time will be shared with you once your pickup location has been confirmed and will ensure you receive all necessary details well a day before the safari.

• Optional Airport Transfers. Airport transfers are not included in the package price. However, for your convenience, Vision Safari & Tours can arrange a private airport transfer upon request: Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) to Arusha: USD 40. Arusha Airport to Arusha Town: USD 15 If you would like us to arrange your airport transfer, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate your pick-up and drop-off smoothly. Payment can be made in cash/Credit Card upon arrival.
• Luggage Information: Safari vehicles have limited luggage space, so we recommend travelling with soft-sided bags or backpacks rather than large hard-shell suitcases. If you are travelling with larger or excess luggage, we can safely store it at our office in Arusha while you are on safari and arrange for it to be available again at the end of your trip.
• Estimated Return Time On the final day of the safari, after your last game drive, we will begin the journey back to Arusha. Depending on the park location, road conditions, and any stops along the way, you can generally expect to arrive in Arusha at approximately 4:30–5:00 PM.
