Once you arrive at the airport and exit customs, you’ll look for a sign with the logo “Freshlook Tours” and that’s how you’ll meet the driver upon arrival.

Departing from the resort, a pick up time will be given to you. Once it is time for pick up, you’ll meet the driver in the lobby area of the resort.
