What to expect

Day 1: Discover Beaujolais wines

    We'll start with a guided walk in the vineyard with astonishing views over the Beaujolais region. Then we'll taste Beaujolais wines and discover the different terroirs of the region. The tasting will be accompanied with local produces and specialties of Beaujolais.

    Take your time to get comfortable in your independant flat. In the afternoon, discover the village of Ouroux on your own, enjoy a walk in the forest or simply rest in the calm of the countryside.

    Mélie will prepare a delicious 3 courses dinner, each dish will be accompanied with a different natural wine of France. It will be the occasion to discuss the art of pairing wine and food.
Day 2: Cooking time

    Enjoy a breakfast "à la française" in the morning, delivered at your door between 8 and 9:30 am in a hamper basket.

    Learn a traditional French recipe of your choice among Mélie's specialties. All levels workshops.

    Shared lunch at the table to taste your creation and a glass of wine to pair with.

Departure from Mélie's house in Deux-Grosnes, where you'll spend the night and do the cooking session
