Meet your driver in the hotel lobby and head to the San Javier neighborhood, where you’ll join a local guide for an unforgettable journey through one of Medellín’s most iconic attractions. Led by local street artists, this immersive experience introduces you to the vibrant hip-hop culture of Comuna 13 through its music, dance, and urban art.
Be amazed by colorful murals and graffiti-covered walls that tell powerful stories of resilience, hope, and transformation. As you explore the neighborhood, you’ll learn about the community’s past struggles with inequality and violence, as well as the inspiring social changes that have turned Comuna 13 into a global symbol of innovation and inclusion.
As an optional add-on experience, you can dive deeper into graffiti culture with an interactive workshop full of color and creativity. You´ll learn basic graffiti painting techniques and personalize your own cap based on your imagination and style a unique souvenir to remember your visit to Comuna 13. With the workshop included, the tour lasts 5 hours
