Our private transportation will pick you up at the entrance of your hotel in Cusco and take you directly to the train station in Ollantaytambo.

Please provide the name and full address of your hotel in Cusco when booking.

  • Machu Picchu entrance tickets sell out quickly. Book this tour at least two months in advance to secure your preferred date and availability.
  • MANDATORY: The Machu Picchu authorities require your full name, passport number, date of birth, and nationality to issue your entrance ticket.
  • The Machu Picchu entrance ticket is non-refundable and cannot be changed or modified to another date. If you need to change the date of your visit, you will need to purchase a new entrance ticket.
  • IMPORTANT: We will prioritize purchasing Circuit 2, the most visited circuit. If Circuit 2 is not available, we will offer Circuit 3 and coordinate with you before issuing the entrance ticket.
