Your Masai Mara safari begins with a morning pickup from your Nairobi hotel or airport. Travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a stop at panoramic viewpoints before continuing to the Masai Mara.
Arrive at your budget or mid-range tented camp for lunch, then head out on your first afternoon game drive. Spot lions under acacia trees, elephants, buffalo, zebras, gazelles, and possibly cheetahs across the open plains.
Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

Depart for Nairobi, enjoying scenic views along the way, and arrive in the mid-afternoon. Spend the evening at leisure with an overnight stay at a comfortable Nairobi hotel (dinner on your own), or continue your journey to Amboseli depending on your chosen itinerary.

Day 4: Nairobi to Amboseli

Depart Nairobi in the morning after breakfast and travel towards Amboseli National Park (±4–5 hours). Enjoy scenic views along the way with a short comfort stop en route.
Arrive at Amboseli Sopa Lodge in time for lunch and check-in. The lodge is set against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro and offers a peaceful setting with comfortable rooms, a pool, and beautiful gardens.
In the afternoon, head out on your first game drive in Amboseli National Park. The park is famous for its large elephant herds and incredible views of Kilimanjaro. You may also spot lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of birdlife.
Return to the lodge at sunset and enjoy dinner followed by a relaxed evening.

Start early with a sunrise safari, the best time to see predators and active wildlife. Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, offering incredible photographic opportunities.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and some leisure time before heading out again in the afternoon for another game drive. Explore different areas of the park, including wetlands and open plains, where you may spot lions, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and abundant birdlife.
End the day with a beautiful sunset over the plains before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Amboseli to Nairobi

Enjoy a comfortable road transfer with scenic views along the way. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off either at your hotel in Nairobi or at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your onward flight.
