What to expect

Visit us and take part in one of our very fun and exciting fitness classes or enjoy our facilities on your own!

If you join us for a class, expect the following. A quick 5-10 minutes warm up routine to sweet island tunes with a spectacular view of the Seven Mile Beach. The, follow your certified fitness instructors in a variety of classes to choose from.

Classes last 45 minutes - 1 hour and are beginner friendly, but those who are looking for an intense workout can still enjoy a group class because our classes still have an individual touch.
