Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania/ Arusha: Airport Transfer & Authentic Cultural Experience

Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival at the airport, our friendly Tanzania Songbirds Safaris representative will warmly meet you and provide a comfortable private transfer to your hotel in Arusha.
This day is flexible, allowing you to relax and recover from your journey before your safari begins. If you arrive early and would like to explore, we can arrange one optional short activity according to your available time and interests. Choose an Arusha City Tour to discover local history and daily life, a Coffee Tour, an authentic Tanzanian Cooking Class, or peaceful Canoeing at a nearby lake. These experiences offer a wonderful introduction to Tanzania's culture, traditions, and local way of life.
Accommodation in Arusha is not included in the safari price and will be arranged separately according to your preferred budget, mid-range, or luxury category. We will assist with your booking and special requests and find the best available accommodation at a very competitive price.
Day 2: Journey to Central Serengeti & Your First Exciting Wildlife Game Drive

Enjoy a picnic lunch while surrounded by the breathtaking crater scenery, then continue your wildlife exploration before beginning the journey back to Arusha. Depending on your travel schedule, we will drop you at your hotel in Arusha or at Arusha Airport for your onward journey.
