Pickup is included from selected resorts in Punta Cana. Depending on the hotel’s access rules, we will pick you up either from the main lobby or from a designated meeting point assigned by the resort.
If you are staying at an Airbnb, private apartment, villa, or residential complex, please contact us after booking and send us the residential name and full address so we can confirm the closest available pickup point or provide the exact meeting instructions.
