You will taste 6 carefully selected wines: 1 mystery wine, 2 dry whites (left and right bank), 3 reds (mixtures, left and right banks) and 1 soft. The wines come from Grands Crus Classés and family estates in organic farming.
Guided by Mathilde and Cécilia, professionals trained at the University of Wine, you will also discover the secrets of food & wine pairings, sometimes unexpected.
A tasting booklet will be given to you to continue practicing at home. Depending on the season, the tasting takes place in a private courtyard, cellar or in a converted room. The wines tasted are available for sale.
