Explore the craft of Sardinian myrtle in the Olbia region, at the heart of eastern Sardinia. Stroll through naturally grown myrtle plants, carefully nurtured for generations, in a stunning spot overlooking the Gulf of Marinella. During your visit to the production workshop, you'll discover how the berries are crafted into aromatic liqueurs and learn about the production process starting from the plants themselves. Knowledgeable guides will take you on this sensory adventure, ending with a tasting of four varieties of myrtle liqueur paired with three refined essential oils.
PROGRAMME

Five different varieties of myrtle are grown here, selected from the approximately 200 varieties recorded in Sardinia. During the tour, the company’s philosophy and the cultivation methods used will be explained.
Visit to the production laboratory, distillery and steam-powered still where gin and essential oils are produced, with explanations of the entirely artisanal production process.
